Absolutely — wedding venues are one of our most common deliveries. We coordinate directly with the venue or planner on access, setup window, and the COI requirements.
For most events we deliver the day before, typically between 9am and 4pm. We finalize the time the week of your event and confirm the morning of delivery.
Make sure the setup area is clear of debris, vehicles, and pet hazards, and that the ground is level. If you have an irrigation system, mark sprinkler heads so we can stake safely. For backyard events, please confirm there's a clear path from the truck to the setup spot.
All major credit cards, ACH, and local checks. Deposit at booking is by card.
Deposits are non-refundable, but if your event is weathered out we apply your full deposit to a future date. Cancellations within 5 days of your event forfeit the deposit.
Tents handle most rain and wind without issue — that's the whole point. However, sustained winds above safe thresholds, lightning, or severe storms can require us to evacuate or take down the tent. If forecasts call for severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule and apply your deposit forward.
Rain is generally fine — that's exactly why people rent tents. We'll go ahead with delivery and setup, and we recommend adding sidewalls for any event where rain is in the forecast. If lightning or severe storms are expected, we'll discuss options the morning of.
