Rental terms

Rental terms (including deposits, balance due dates, weather policy, and cancellations) are stated at the time of booking. By placing an order you agree to those terms. Tent, table, and chair rentals require a 25% + $50 deposit to reserve and full balance due 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 5 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Severe weather may result in rescheduling at our discretion for safety.

Liability

The renter is responsible for the rental equipment from the time of delivery to pickup, including damage caused by negligence, weather not reported, or unauthorized use. We carry commercial liability insurance and provide Certificates of Insurance to venues on request.

General terms

These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any cause of action must be instituted within one (1) year after it arises. If any portion of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
