Nashville's Tent Setup Challenges — Solved
Nashville events come with quirks: tight East Nashville lots with limited truck access, downtown roofdeck parties on solid concrete, and historic homes with mature oaks overhead. Our frame tents are freestanding (no center poles) and anchor to grass or concrete, so we can set up where pole tents can't. We pre-walk most Nashville sites with you so there are no surprises on event day.

Free delivery throughout most of Nashville (within 30 miles of our Franklin warehouse) — including Green Hills, Brentwood Hills, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Sylvan Park, The Gulch, SoBro, East Nashville, Inglewood, Crieve Hall, and Nipper's Corner. Slightly outside that range, a $60 delivery fee may apply — give us your address and we'll confirm.
Nashville Venue Delivery
If your event is at Cheekwood, the Bridge Building, OZ Arts, the Bell Tower, Marathon Music Works, or another Nashville venue, we coordinate directly with the venue's coordinator on the access window and the Certificate of Insurance they need on file.
Safety, Insurance & Permits
For events at Metro Nashville Parks and on public property, the city often requires a Certificate of Insurance — we provide this routinely with 1–2 business days' notice. All our tents are inspected before every rental and meet commercial event standards.
