Booking Requirements

• Browse and book below — total prices show before checkout.
• $300 minimum on tent, table, and chair orders.
• Deposit: 25% + $50 to reserve your date.
• Final payment: due 14 days before your event.
• Free delivery within 30 miles of Franklin, TN. Check your area →
• Pickup is available on tables and chairs (not tents).

Sizing Guide

• 20×20 (400 sq ft) — ~32 seated for dinner; 40 for cocktails.
• 20×30 (600 sq ft) — ~48 seated; 60 for cocktails.
• 20×40 (800 sq ft) — ~64 seated; 80 for cocktails.
• 20×45 (900 sq ft) — ~72 seated; 90 for cocktails.

For receptions with a dance floor or buffet, plan for ~15 sq ft per guest. Not sure what fits? Send us your headcount and venue and we'll help size it.
